Progress Tracking for Project Management in Bio/pharmaceutical R&D

Project Tracking is essential for any company. If the following questions are of any value to your company, you need to create some sort of project tracking system.
• What is the potential value of each project?
• What are the risks in each project?
• How many candidates will there be?
• When will the candidates be identified?
• How much will it cost to develop them?

There are many different ways to find the answers to these questions. As noted in the sections on Risk and Value, the questions in Discovery are approached differently than they are in Development (e.g. Figure 13, Section 4.d.).
